JOB OVERVIEW

Reports To: Chief Commercial Officer

EPC Solar is seeking an experienced and commercially focused Solar Sales Manager to lead business development activities across industrial, commercial and utility-scale renewable energy projects.

The role is responsible for identifying and converting new opportunities, managing key client relationships and driving the end-to-end sales process from lead generation through to contract award. Working closely with engineering, estimating and project delivery teams, the Solar Sales Manager will coordinate RFQ responses, tender submissions, commercial reviews and client presentations.

A key responsibility of the position is maintaining CRM discipline and pipeline visibility, ensuring accurate forecasting, opportunity tracking and executive reporting. The successful candidate will lead the Work Winning function and manage an offshore support team including a Document Controller and Business Analyst to ensure high-quality tender preparation, market intelligence, reporting and proposal management.

The ideal candidate will possess demonstrated experience within the solar, renewable energy, electrical or EPC sectors, with a strong understanding of commercial and industrial project delivery models. Exceptional stakeholder engagement, negotiation and strategic account management skills are essential.
