About the Role:
We're looking for a motivated, people-first Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, balancing relationship-building, problem-solving, and sales in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone,
- Manage customer orders including processing, tracking, and resolving discrepancies
- Handle exchanges, warranty claims, and returns professionally and efficiently
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 2+ years of customer service experience preferred
- Available 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. CST (non-negotiable)
