AI See You helps brands become recommended by ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and other AI assistants. We build AI Knowledge Centres and recommendation infrastructure that help businesses earn trust, visibility and recommendations in the next generation of search.

We are a fast-growing Australian company based in Sydney, working with ambitious brands that want to lead in AI search. Our goal is to build the category-defining company in this space, and we are looking for our first operations hire to help us scale.

Who you are

You must have
* Strong written English. You will be writing reports, documentation and client-facing content
* 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience with real technical depth
* Solid experience with Google Search Console, including diagnosing and fixing indexation and coverage issues
* Strong technical SEO fundamentals, including sitemaps, indexation, schema markup, internal linking and crawl behaviour
* Genuine curiosity about AI assistants. You actively use ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Perplexity and are interested in how they d ---------- what to recommend
* Experience using AI tools in your daily workflow
* A systems mindset. You enjoy turning messy processes into clean, repeatable steps
* Reliability, attention to detail, strong initiative and the ability to own outcomes without being chased

Nice to have
* Familiarity with Shopify
* Experience with a site crawler such as Screaming Frog
* Confidence with structured data beyond the basics
* Comfortable learning new tools quickly. We use Lovable to build and manage our clients’ AI Knowledge Centres and will provide training
* Experience with Claude Code or similar AI-assisted technical workflows
* An understanding of how AI systems retrieve and evaluate information, including entity and topical authority thinking
* Some comfort with technical tools and light data work
* Experience writing SOPs, documentation or operational playbooks

This is not primarily a link-building role, nor is it primarily a content-writing role. It is technical operations, research and systems building.

The details
* Full-time, 40 hours per week
* Remote, based in the Philippines
* Working hours roughly 8 am to 5 pm Manila time, which overlaps well with our Sydney hours
* Salary: USD $1,100 to $1,400 per month, depending on experience
* Exceptional candidates may be considered above this range
* 13th-month bonus
* Paid leave after a successful probation period
* A genuine long-term role with a clear path to Operations Lead as we grow
