Position Details
Job Type: Full-Time (Remote)
Hours: 40 hours/week
Time Zone: Eastern Standard Time (EST) | 9 AM - 5 PM EST (21:00 - 05:00 PHT)
Compensation: $3.50 - $5.00 per hour
Training: Comprehensive onboarding and continuous support

Key Responsibilities
Customer Service and Sales Support
Answer phone calls and
Educate customers about products and solutions
Check inventory availability on ShipStation
Process order inquiries, cancellations, returns, and refunds
Problem-Solving and Technical Support
Troubleshoot customer issues with transactions and website navigation
Provide accurate product and service information
Maintain records of interactions and manage CRM tools
Lead Generation and Social Media Support (Preferred but not required)
Research potential customers
Assist with basic social media marketing tasks
Requirements (Must-Have)
Fluent in English with a neutral to American accent
Strong customer service skills, patience, and problem-solving ability
Excellent typing and data entry skills
Reliable PC or Laptop (Minimum Core i5 processor)
Noise-Cancellation Headset (Required)
Fast, stable internet with a backup hotspot in case of power outages
Quiet workspace with no background noise (no cafes, children, pets, etc.)
Willing to work graveyard shift (EST time zone)
At least six months of Call Center/BPO experience
Empathy and kindness when handling customer concerns
Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new systems
Preferred Skills (Not Required but a Plus)
Experience in lead generation and sales
Familiarity with WooCommerce or other e-commerce platforms
Previous experience in Amazon or e-commerce customer service
