Content & Social Media Management
• Schedule and publish social posts, captions, and
• Repurpose long-form content (videos, stories, deals) into clips, captions, and posts in my brand voice.
• Organize a content calendar, track what’s posted, and keep an asset library tidy and easy to find.
• Light editing of photos, short videos, and graphics for social (templates provided).
General Admin
• Own my inbox and calendar — triage, draft replies, flag what needs me, and protect my time.
• Book travel, manage scheduling across time zones, and keep recurring tasks running on schedule.
• Data entry, file organization, CRM upkeep, and building simple repeatable systems and checklists.
• Research, vendor coordination, and the random one-off tasks that come with running multiple businesses.
AI Workflows
• Use AI tools to draft, summarize, and speed up repetitive work — then bring me clean, usable output.
• Help build and maintain simple AI-assisted workflows and templates that save us both time.
Note: deep AI experience is NOT required — see the bonus section below. A willingness to learn these tools is what matters most.

Helpful Experience (Nice to Have)
• Real estate, transaction coordination, mortgage, escrow, or property management background.
• Experience with CRMs, e-signature tools, and social scheduling platforms.
• Social media management or content/marketing support.

Not necessary, but a real plus: basic experience using AI tools — specifically ChatGPT and Claude. If you’ve used them to write, summarize, organize information, or speed up everyday tasks, tell me about it. If you haven’t, that’s fine — I’ll help you get up to speed, and curiosity counts for a lot here.
