Crystal Reports Specialist / Technical Support Analyst (Remote)
Cultivera is an enterprise software company exclusively serving the cannabis industry. We provide enterprise software solutions to some of the largest cannabis operations in the country. Founded in Washington State, Cultivera now accounts for approximately 60% of growers and processors by sales volume in our home market and has processed over $2 billion in orders through our software platform.
We are looking for a Crystal Reports Specialist to join our growing team. This is a fully remote position working directly with clients and internal teams to create, modify, and maintain reports that support critical business operations.
This position will work a 5-day-on, 2-day-off schedule, primarily during normal business hours. Candidates must have reliable high-speed internet, a dependable computer, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
New employees are subject to a 90-day probationary period.
## Primary Responsibilities
* Create new Crystal Reports based on client requirements
* Modify and troubleshoot existing Crystal Reports
* Work directly with clients to understand reporting needs
* Design reports that support product labeling requirements and operational workflows
* Validate report accuracy and troubleshoot data discrepancies
* Collaborate with support and development teams when advanced technical assistance is needed
* Document report requirements and changes
* Maintain accurate records within internal project management and ticketing systems
* Provide excellent customer service and communication throughout the reporting process
## Required Qualifications
* Strong hands-on experience with Crystal Reports (REQUIRED)
* Experience creating and modifying reports from SQL databases
* Solid understanding of Microsoft SQL Server
* Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
* Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
* Experience working remotely with minimal supervision
* Ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines simultaneously
* Detail-oriented and highly organized
## Preferred Qualifications
* Experience supporting enterprise SaaS software
* Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Sage, Microsoft Dynamics, Acumatica, or similar platforms
* Experience with project management or ticketing systems such as
* Customer support or client-facing experience
* Experience creating operational, inventory, manufacturing, or compliance reports

The ideal candidate is someone who genuinely enjoys working with data and reports, has advanced Crystal Reports experience, and can confidently translate client requests into accurate, functional reporting solutions.
This role is less about answering support tickets and more about becoming the go-to resource for report creation, customization, and troubleshooting.
