JOB OVERVIEW

We're hiring, and if you're someone who lives on X (Twitter) and genuinely gets the platform, we want to hear from you.

We're a small, fast-moving social media marketing agency. We help influencers and content creators grow their audiences and handle the heavy lifting so they can focus on creating. No corporate fluff, no bureaucracy. Just a tight team that moves fast and pays for talent. We're close-knit, communication is open, and we actually care about the people we work with.

THE ROLE
We're looking for one person to fully own X (Twitter) growth for our creators. You'll plan content, post daily across multiple accounts, build real engagement, and grow audiences that actually convert. We give you the accounts and the content. You bring the strategy, the consistency, and the care.

COMPENSATION
$600/month base salary to start, with scheduled raises to $800+ as your results come in. Plus uncapped commission on top. The more you grow, the more you earn, with full dashboard transparency so you always know exactly where you stand. The right person here has a real path to leading the X side of the agency and taking on more accounts over time.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
You know X natively. The algorithm, what earns reach, what kills it. You write strong, natural English and can adapt your tone to match a creator's voice. You have proof: accounts you've grown, with real numbers behind them. And you're someone who runs daily on your own, no need to be chased.

THE SETUP
Fully remote. You manage your own schedule. We care about results, not clock-ins. Daily availability including weekends is part of the role.
