JOB OVERVIEW

We are a busy real estate and mortgage team based in Las Vegas, Nevada. We help homeowners, home buyers, and real estate professionals navigate important financial and real estate decisions.
We are seeking a highly professional Client Care & Appointment Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for inbound callers.
This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, empathy, urgency, and the ability to confidently assist clients while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Primary Responsibilities
Inbound Phone Calls
Answer incoming phone calls professionally
Assist clients with basic questions
Gather important information from callers
Route calls to the appropriate tea ---------- mber
Escalate urgent situations immediately
Maintain a positive and helpful attitude
Appointment Scheduling
Schedule appointments using Calendly
Coordinate appointments for mortgage consultations
Coordinate appointments for real estate consultations
Confirm appointments
Send reminders when needed
Manage calendar conflicts
CRM Management
Enter and update client information
Maintain accurate records in Pipedrive
Document conversations and follow-up tasks
Ensure all client information is complete and accurate
Client Care
Follow up with prospective clients
Assist with client communication
Maintain confidentiality
Create an exceptional client experience
Required Experience

Applicants must have experience with:

RingCentral
Calendly
Pipedrive CRM
Microsoft Office
Google Workspace

Experience with real estate or mortgage companies is highly preferred.
