JOB OVERVIEW

Appointment Setter (Full-Time Remote)

We're looking for a motivated Appointment Setter to join our growing team helping e-commerce brands increase sales through AI-powered technology and automation.

Position Details

• Full-Time (Monday–Friday)
• 8 hours per day
• Must be available during EST & PST business hours
• Remote Position
• Must be available to start immediately and work full-time

What You'll Do

• Call business owners and decision-makers using our Kixie auto-dialer
• Qualify prospects and book appointments for our sales team
• Follow provided scripts and outreach processes
• Maintain accurate notes and records

Performance Goal

• Average target of 3 appointments set per day

Compensation

• Base pay: To be discussed during the interview process
• 10% commission on every closed deal
• Monthly performance bonuses

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong phone presence and confidence
• Reliable internet and quiet workspace
• Appointment setting or sales experience is a plus
• Must be able to start Monday and commit to a full-time schedule
