The Role
The Order Entry Associate is a fully remote, task-focused role responsible for processing sales orders accurately and efficiently from our inside sales team's shared order entry dashboard. This is not a customer-facing role — you will not be taking inbound calls or managing customer relationships. Your work happens behind the scenes, and it is essential.
You will work in TrulinX ERP to enter and process orders, send order acknowledgements from our shared sales@
What You'll Do
• Monitor and process orders from the inside sales team's shared order entry dashboard throughout your shift
• Enter and manage sales orders accurately in TrulinX ERP, following established procedures and data standards
• Send order acknowledgements to customers from the shared sales@
• Review orders for completeness and accuracy before processing — flag discrepancies or missing information to the appropriate inside sales tea
• Maintain organized records of processed orders, acknowledgements sent, and any exceptions or holds
• Communicate proactively with the US-based inside sales team regarding queue status, order questions, or processing delays
• Support process improvement by identifying recurring order entry issues or dashboard workflow gaps
Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in order entry, data entry, inside sales support, or a related back-office role
• Experience working with an ERP system is strongly preferred; TrulinX experience is a plus but not required — we will train the right candidate
• Exceptional attention to detail — order accuracy is the primary measure of success in this role
• Strong written English communication skills; clear and professional in
• Self-motivated and reliable; able to manage and prioritize a task queue independently with minimal supervision
• Experienced working remotely with a US-based team; comfortable with asynchronous communication and early morning Philippine Standard Time shifts
• Stable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, distraction-free home workspace
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; comfortable learning new software quickly
• Experience in industrial distribution, manufacturing, or a related sector is a plus, but not required
Schedule
• Full-time, Monday–Friday
• This is a night shift role based on Philippine Standard Time: 8:00 PM – 4:30 AM PHT, corresponding to 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM US Eastern Time
• This schedule is required to maintain full overlap with our Cleveland-based inside sales team during US business hours — please apply only if you are able and willing to work these hours consistently
Compensation & Benefits
We structure our compensation for Philippines-based tea
• Base salary: $7.00 – $9.00 USD per hour, paid on a salaried basis (rate commensurate with experience)
• Monthly health benefit allowance paid in addition to base salary to support local health coverage
• Monthly technology/equipment allowance paid in addition to base salary for home office and connectivity needs
• 13th month pay — paid in compliance with Philippine law and scaled with company performance and your tenure with TCH
• Paid time off and holidays
