For over 8 years, we've helped homeowners sell their properties in a simple, honest, and stress-free way. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a dedicated Lead Manager / Follow-Up Specialist to join our team and help us take exceptional care of every seller who reaches out to us.
This is a relationship-first role. You'll be the consistent, friendly voice that keeps our leads warm, organized, and moving toward the right next step — booking qualified appointments for our acquisitions team.
What You'll Do:
• Call, text, and
• Follow up consistently with new, warm, and old leads, as well as past conversations
• Ask thoughtful, basic questions about the property and the seller's situation
• Take clear, detailed notes after every conversation
• Keep our CRM (RESimpli) accurate and up to date
• Set follow-up tasks so no lead ever slips through the cracks
• Spot hot opportunities and flag them for the team right away
• Book qualified appointments for our acquisitions team
• Help organize and clean up our overall lead pipeline
• Communicate daily with the team on progress and priorities
• Take on other lead management and admin tasks as needed
This is not a closing role. You won't be negotiating contracts or closing deals — your focus is on great conversations, accurate information, and getting the right sellers connected with the right person on our team.
What You'll Need:
• A quiet workspace, reliable computer, and high-speed internet
• Comfort and confidence making outbound phone calls
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication

Nice to have (not required):
• Experience in real estate, wholesaling, acquisitions, ISA, or lead follow-up roles
• Familiarity with Podio, CallRail, RESimpli, REISift, BatchLeads, Google Sheets, Gmail, Slack, or dialers
