JOB OVERVIEW

We are an organic video marketing agency helping AI consumer apps scale through organic short-form content.
Hiring TikTok Art Content Creators to produce and manage short-form art videos.
In under two years, our team has generated 3 billion views across TikTok and Instagram.

Compensation
• Guaranteed base pay: $600/month
• Monthly performance commission based on views and virals
• Top performers consistently earn $1,300+

Requirements & Responsibilities
• Managing assigned profiles and posting short form art content to generate views.
• Engaging with the audience's comments and optimising the accounts.
• Reliable laptop and internet. Camera & microphone for calls.
• Strong English, written and spoken
• Ability to work full-time remotely for at least 4 months
• Experience creating and posting short-form content on TikTok
• Familiarity with illustration and short-form video editing tools
• BONUS: Interest in Anime, Gaming or familiarity with Character AI.

This is a results-driven role. We provide structure, systems, team leads to always help, but consistency and output matter. Applications that do not answer the screening questions will not be considered.
