Responsibilities:

Own the Accounts Payable process
Review invoices and approvals
Three-way matching
Vendor onboarding
Weekly payment runs
Monthly payment runs
Vendor reconciliations
AP aging
Month-end support
Maintain audit-ready documentation

Non-Negotiables

Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or related field
Full-time availability during U.S. business hours
