Real estate deals are messy. Counties don't always respond. Documents go missing. Deadlines creep up fast. We need someone who sees all of that coming — and handles it before it becomes a problem.
If you're the type who thrives on untangling complexity, keeping multiple balls in the air, and making sure nothing ever quietly falls through the cracks — this role was designed around people like you.
What you'll be solving every day:
Transaction chaos — bringing order to deal timelines, deadlines, and file management from open to close
Information gaps — researching county records, title data, and property information until the full picture is clear
Document delays — tracking outstanding requests with county offices and agents and following up until everything lands
CRM drift — catching outdated or incomplete records before they cause confusion downstream
Bookkeeping gaps — keeping expenses categorized and current in Excel or QuickBooks
You're the right fit if:

You work independently and manage your own priorities without supervision
You're available 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM PH time (9 AM – 5 PM EST)
The position offers:
$640–$800/month based on experience
Full-time, fully remote
