JOB OVERVIEW

About us: Ceddi Media is a content agency producing short-form and long-form video for US-based founders. We move fast and care deeply about craft. We need someone to own our production pipeline so quality stays consistent without constant oversight.

What you'll do:

Manage our video production workflow end-to-end
Review every deliverable for quality and aesthetics before it ships, both short-form clips and long-form edits (podcasts, VSLs)
Manage and give feedback to editors
Keep our project tracker current and own internal deadlines
Handle routine client updates
Jump into edits yourself when needed

You must have:

Strong eye for what looks good in video: pacing, captions, color, composition, and story flow in long-form
Hands-on video editing experience (DaVinci Resolve preferred)
Near-native written and spoken English
Experience managing creative people or production workflows
Reliability and follow-through (this is the single most important thing for us)

Nice to have: Familiarity with Instagram and other social platforms, Google Drive/Dropbox, Notion, and AI video tools.
