We work with businesses across multiple industries including healthcare, professional services, education, home services, hospitality, nonprofits, and retail. We are looking for a detail-oriented Email Marketing Specialist to join our team and help drive engagement, nurture leads, and support client growth.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Email Marketing Specialist who is comfortable managing email campaigns from strategy through execution.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Constant Contact, Mailchimp, and Kajabi and understands how email marketing fits into a broader marketing strategy. Experience with lead nurturing, automation, segmentation, list management, and performance reporting is required.

Cold email lead generation experience is a strong plus.

This position will work closely with our design, content, social media, and web development teams to create effective campaigns for multiple clients.

Responsibilities

Email Marketing

* Build and schedule email campaigns in Constant Contact, Mailchimp, and Kajabi
* Create and manage email automations and nurture sequences
* Segment subscriber lists for improved engagement and conversion
* Maintain email list hygiene and deliverability best practices
* Coordinate email content calendars with client marketing strategies
* Develop subject lines, email copy, and calls-to-action
* Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement
* Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, and campaign structure
* Track key metrics including open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and list growth

Client Support

* Work directly with account managers
* Participate in strategy discussions and campaign planning
* Ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and on schedule
* Assist with content planning and promotional calendars

Lead Generation (Preferred)

* Develop and manage cold email outreach campaigns
* Build prospect lists and audience segments
* Monitor campaign performance and optimize results
* Understand compliance requirements and email best practices

Required Qualifications

* 2+ years of email marketing experience
* Strong working knowledge of:
* Constant Contact
* Mailchimp
* Kajabi
* Experience creating email automations and workflows
* Strong copywriting and proofreading skills
* Understanding of email deliverability and list management
* Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

* Cold email lead generation experience
* Experience with CRM platforms
* Knowledge of marketing funnels and customer journeys
* Basic graphic design experience using Canva
* Familiarity with WordPress websites
* Experience working within a marketing agency environment
