We are a niche market holiday company specialising in Scuba Diving Holidays. We are leaders in Red Sea and Philippines diving holidays and have a broad range of worldwide locations we offer.

Role Overview

Role Objectives
- Drive activities that lead to positive revenue outcomes to allow for business growth
- Support existing brand product development and establishment of Egyptholidays, Liveaboardworld and Galapagos Holidays brands
- Support market leading strategies in line with marketing outcomes
- Support the documentation and enhancement of business processes to ensure a controlled and market leading operating environment

Role Outcomes

- Product
o Ability to set-up hotel, diving, liveaboard and excursion products to a quick standard for the sales team
o Support on-shore product admin with delivery of product management plan
o Ability to update media packs from supplier data, communicate with marketing and sales for review
- Product Finance Admin
o Managing day to day activities for the product manager
o Requesting contracts, quote prices, info for websites and then updating website
o Supporting team with ad-hoc requests
o Entering prices to systems and checking tour pricing in the quote system
o Contract review and highlight key areas for pricing
- Product Pricing
o Undertaking pricing checks and supporting marketing team with any needs and ad-hoc tasks
- Reservations Admin
o Build sample quotes for marketing, system flow checks
o Supporting sales team with itinerary building
- Projects
o Undertake product set-up projects to enable business expansion and new brand set-up

Hours and Location

Hours of work: 40 hours per week. UK 6AM to 2.30PM – 30 mins meal break

We also offer:

Location: fully remote, Philippines located, must have good internet. You will need a PC, headset and a camera. Your work will be via remote logon to PC and local teams logon for meetings.

• Good quality PC with 16GB ram
• Two screens 1920x1080 (required for our inhouse systems)
• Headset
• Video camera – high resolution
