JOB OVERVIEW

Hiring: AI Content Operator — $15–25/hr, remote, contractor

The setup

.

I've already got an audience and a funnel running — YouTube and Instagram content that turns into free-course signups and 30-day GoHighLevel trials. (Some of us have started calling this "Claude for Content" — you'd be the one actually running it day to day to get things made and out the door.) The ideation and the content pipeline are mine — I'm deeply involved in that part, every week. What I need is someone to take it from there: build the automations, generate the actual content with AI, get it edited, and get it posted, on time, without me having to chase it.

.

The role at the simplest level

You're doing three things every single day. Taking the ideas and scripts that come out of our content pipeline and actually producing them — AI-generated, B-roll, whatever the format calls for. Getting each piece edited, mostly through AI tools, and out the door on schedule, whether that's an automated post or you hitting publish yourself. And repurposing what's already live into the next thing — same content, new platform, new cut.

.

Why I'm hiring

That's the floor. The reason I'm posting this is I'm not handing off ideation — that part's staying with me and the pipeline I've already built. What I want is someone who can take a script and a hook and actually turn it into a finished, edited, posted, and repurposed piece of content without needing their hand held through it. Execution brain, every day. We'll still go through the analytics together — but production can't bottleneck on me.

.

Who we are

I'm Vico Khang. I build and run AI automation and no-code agency systems on GoHighLevel — AI voice and chat agents, lead-gen automations, white-label SaaS — on real client accounts, not just talking about it on camera. The content side grew out of that: people kept asking how I was doing it, so I started filming it, and that turned into a real audience on Instagram and YouTube. We're not a media company that picked up automation as a topic. We're an automation business that happens to also make good content about it. Want the longer version, in my own words? Day to day

Building and maintaining the automations that move content from script to published post, cutting out manual busywork wherever it can. Generating the actual content with AI tools once a script or idea comes down the pipeline — B-roll voiceover pieces, AI-avatar or UGC-style videos, whatever the format calls for. Editing through AI tools first, and stepping in by hand only where AI can't get it there. Posting on schedule, automated where it makes sense, manual where it doesn't. Repurposing everything that goes out on YouTube or Instagram into TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook versions. Flagging anything in the calendar that needs a second look, and looping me in on the numbers — we go through those together.

.

What I need

Real, hands-on fluency with Claude and the broader AI content stack — Gemini, Higgsfield, HeyGen — enough to take a script or idea and actually produce a finished piece with it.

Comfortable building simple automations — Zapier, Make, n8n, or native tool workflows — so posting and repurposing don't need a human clicking every button.

Solid editing instincts, and just as important, knowing which AI tool can do the edit for you and when it can't.

Real, hands-on posting experience on YouTube and Instagram — you know the upload mechanics, scheduling, and formatting quirks of each platform cold.

Comfortable repurposing long-form into short-form without needing a brief for every single cut.

Decent English. We're filming for a US, UK, Canada, and Australia audience.

.

Bonus

If you've actually run the production and distribution side of a channel — your own or someone else's — and know what breaks when you try to automate posting and repurposing, that's a big plus.

.

What won't work

Someone who wants to own the ideation and strategy — that's staying with me and the content pipeline. Someone who treats AI tools as optional instead of the default way things get edited and produced. And someone who needs a fresh brief for every single piece instead of running the system once it's handed to them.

Please don't send me a generic resume with nothing to show how you actually produce content with AI — I'll know within 5 seconds, and I'll just close it.
