JOB OVERVIEW

What You'll Own:
You will build and run our entire outbound growth engine — prospecting CPA and accounting firm owners across our target geographies, running email marketing campaigns, cold calling, and setting up qualified meetings. You will also build and manage an inbound lead funnel using social media marketing and AI-driven automation tools, continuously refining the sales process for efficiency and conversion. This is a full-cycle role, from first contact through to helping close the deal.

- Proven experience working at an accounting, bookkeeping, tax, or audit outsourcing company — you should already understand SOP-driven offshore delivery, CPA firm pain points, and how outsourcing deals get sold and closed
2+ years in Business Development, BDM, or growth-focused roles within this specific industry.
- Candidates with relevant working experience specifically in the outsourced accounting and taxation field will be strongly preferred. Market knowledge of how this industry operates — client expectations, common objections, pricing models, and service delivery — is key for this role.
- Experience selling into US, UK, Canada, or Australia accounting firm markets
- Comfortable owning outbound email sequences, CRM workflows, and cold outreach
- Familiarity with building inbound funnels via LinkedIn/social media and basic AI/automation tools
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Self-driven, comfortable working autonomously in a remote setup with international clients across time zones

Skills required:

Outbound prospecting and cold outreach (email, LinkedIn, calling)

Email marketing and sequence/campaign management (tools like lemlist, Apollo, Mailchimp, or similar)
CRM management and pipeline tracking
Lead generation and qualification
Inbound funnel building via social media (LinkedIn especially)
Working knowledge of AI/automation tools for sales and marketing workflows
Sales closing and negotiation
Client relationship management and account handling
Strong written and verbal English communication
Familiarity with the accounting/bookkeeping/tax outsourcing industry — specifically how offshore delivery models, SOPs, and CPA firm engagements work
Comfortable working across US/UK/Canada/Australia time zones

Compensation Structure
- Base salary: PHP 50,000/month.
- Commission: 5% of monthly client billing on the first 3 new clients you close in a given month, and 8% on every client closed beyond that in the same month. Client engagements with us typically range from USD 1,500–3,500/month, so commission is calculated on real, ongoing billing.
- Commission is paid monthly for up to 6 months per client you bring in, starting from their first payment. If a client's engagement is shorter than 6 months, commission is paid for the actual duration of that engagement.
- Once you've completed your first 6 months with us and consistently met targets, your commission period on all future clients extends from 6 months to 12 months — giving you meaningfully higher long-term earning potential as you prove yourself.
