We are looking for an organised and detail-focused Inventory Specialist to join our automotive parts team remotely.
About the Role
This position involves managing and maintaining accurate automotive parts inventory across internal systems and online platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience with automotive parts identification, OEM verification, and using electronic parts catalogues.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain accurate inventory records
* Verify and cross-check OEM part numbers using electronic parts catalogues
* Create and update automotive parts listings
* Identify vehicle compatibility and specifications
* Monitor stock movement and inventory accuracy
* Ensure listings are complete, accurate, and professionally presented
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in automotive parts or inventory management
* Knowledge of OEM part numbers and vehicle components
* Experience using automotive parts catalog systems
* Must have experience using Pinnacle
* Strong computer and data entry skills
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* Ability to work independently and manage priorities
* Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely
