We are a fast-growing DTC wellness brand looking for a highly organised Creative Production Operator to help manage the day-to-day admin and execution inside our creative production system.
This is not a design or video editing role. We are looking for an operator who can manage briefs, files, downloads, uploads, naming, tracking, organising, and handovers across our ad creative system.
You will help make sure every creative asset moves from brief to final upload without getting lost, delayed, or missed.
Main responsibilities:
- Create and update creative briefs from templates
- Send briefs to editors, designers, and creators
- Download raw content, UGC videos, ad files, and creative assets
- Upload files into the correct folders, platforms, and project boards
- Name files correctly using our naming conventions
- Organise Google Drive, Dropbox,
- Track asset status inside Notion, Airtable, ClickUp, Monday, or similar
- Update creative dashboards daily
- Check that each ad has the correct script, hook, product, angle, and file location
- Move assets through each stage of the production workflow
- Follow up with editors, designers, and creators when assets are late
- Collect final files from editors and upload them to the correct folders
- Prepare final ad assets for media buyers
- Keep the creative pipeline clean and up to date
- Send daily updates on what has been completed, what is delayed, and what needs attention
We are looking for someone who is:
- Extremely organised
- Detail-oriented
- Reliable and consistent
- Fast with admin and file management
- Comfortable following SOPs
- Good at checking their own work
- Confident using online tools and dashboards
- Able to work independently once trained
- Comfortable asking questions when something is unclear
- Good at polite but firm follow-up
- Able to manage lots of small moving parts without getting overwhelmed

This role would suit someone who has worked as a virtual assistant, marketing assistant, creative admin assistant, ecommerce assistant, or project coordinator for a DTC, ecommerce, agency, or paid social team.
Working hours:
We are looking for someone who can work remotely and overlap with UK working hours. Philippines-based candidates are very welcome to apply.
This can start as a full-time role with long-term potential if the fit is strong.
