JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing direct-to-consumer e-commerce group running multiple brands across several markets. Email marketing is one of our most important revenue channels and we take it seriously.

We have a strong retention strategy in place, a well-structured Klaviyo setup, and a team that knows what it's doing. What we need now is someone who can execute at a high level and keep up with the pace.

THE ROLE
This is a pure production role. Our Email Marketing Lead handles strategy, copy direction, segmentation logic, and flow planning. Your job is to take that brief and bring it to life in Klaviyo, clean design, correct setup, full QA, and scheduled send.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
1. Campaign Production
- Build email designs from copy briefs across multiple brands
Set up campaigns in Klaviyo, segmentation, subject lines, preview text, UTMs, and send time
- QA every email before it goes live, mobile rendering, dark mode, links, and personalisation tags
- Schedule sends across multiple markets with different currencies and spelling conventions

2. Flow Production
- Build and update flow emails in Klaviyo as new automations are created or refined
- Execute A/B test variants inside flows as directed by the Email Marketing Lead
- Keep flow email designs consistent with campaign standards across all brands

3. Template & Asset Management
- Maintain a reusable modular email template library in Klaviyo for each brand
- Keep campaign and flow files organised by brand
- Flag any brief gaps or missing assets before building, not after

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Non-negotiable:
- Klaviyo proficiency: you must have built campaigns and flows from scratch, not just managed existing ones
- Email design skills: you can design clean, on-brand emails from a brief without heavy supervision
- Figma proficiency: designs should be built in Figma before moving into Klaviyo
- Detail-oriented: we send to tens of thousands of subscribers across multiple countries. Mistakes go live. We need someone who catches them before that happens
- Experience with Shopify-connected Klaviyo accounts

Strong advantage:
- Experience managing multi-brand or multi-market accounts
- Basic understanding of email deliverability: suppression lists, sending frequency, bounce handling

HOURS & COMMITMENT
40 hours per week, full-time.

Target output: 4 to 6 campaigns per week plus ongoing flow production across all brands.

This is a long-term role. We are not looking for someone to complete a project, we are looking for someone to grow with us.
