About Red Raven
Our History: Red Raven AI is a fast-growing start-up with 1 year in business. We have a very simple accounting process. We have only 1 credit card account with about 10 recurring charges. All of our revenue comes from recurring credit card billing. We have about 20 revenue transactions a month. We reconcile each month. As part of this job we will be moving to Zoho Books from Quick Books. You must be able to fully handle that transition.

Position Overview
Are you a Zoho wizard who also happens to understand numbers? Red Raven is looking for a part-time Zoho Ecosystem Specialist with an accounting background to help us streamline our operations.

Our accounting needs are incredibly straightforward and will only take a fraction of your time. The real magic of this role lies in your ability to build, connect, and optimize our Zoho One suite. If you love setting up workflows, organizing databases, and making different software modules talk to each other seamlessly, this role is for you.

Hours: ~10 hours per week (Flexible, but requires a few overlapping hours for syncs) We DO NOT require U.S.A. time zone hours. You are free to work your normal hours.

Type: Part-time, Remote (Freelance/Contract)

Key Responsibilities
1. Zoho Ecosystem Setup & Optimization (70%)
Zoho CRM & Billing: Build out pipelines, custom fields, and automate client onboarding.

Zoho Books & Desk: Set up our accounting backend and help configure Zoho Desk for customer ticketing/support.

Zoho Projects: Organize our project management templates to ensure client deliverables are tracked efficiently.

Integrations: Ensure data flows correctly between all Zoho modules and external tools (like Stripe).

2. Simple Accounting & Reconciliation (30%)
Reconcile one company credit card (approximately 10 transactions per month).

Track and reconcile incoming client payments via Stripe (approximately 20 clients paying by credit card).

Ensure Zoho Books remains clean, accurate, and up-to-date.

Required Qualifications
Proven Zoho Expertise: Deep familiarity with the Zoho One ecosystem, specifically Zoho CRM, Books, Projects, Billing, and Desk.

Accounting/Bookkeeping Background: You understand general ledger principles, reconciliations, and how to keep books audit-ready (even simple ones!).

Tech-Savvy Tech Stack: Experience dealing with Stripe integrations is highly preferred.

Proactive Communicator: Since this is a 10-hour-a-week role, you need to be a self-starter who can update us on progress without needing constant reminders.

Excellent written and spoken English.
