JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring an experienced Senior Healthcare Recruiter to support hiring for the US healthcare market. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in US recruiting, proven experience filling healthcare roles, and the ability to manage candidate pipelines in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

What you’ll do

Recruit for US healthcare roles, including positions such as Registered Nurses (RNs), MRI Techs, CT Techs, X-Ray Techs, and Nursing Leaders
Source and engage qualified candidates using Indeed, ---------- , SMS, and other recruiting channels
Conduct candidate screening calls and interviews to evaluate qualifications, experience, communication, and fit
Build and maintain active pipelines for current openings and future hiring needs
Present qualified candidates and support them throughout the hiring process
Maintain strong follow-up, communication, and candidate experience from first contact through placement
Meet performance goals related to outreach, submissions, interviews, and placements

What we’re looking for

3+ years of US recruiting experience
Strong experience in US healthcare recruiting
Proven success filling healthcare roles such as RNs, imaging techs, and nursing leadership positions
Strong sourcing, screening, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage multiple priorities
Comfortable working in a target-based, performance-focused environment
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
