JOB OVERVIEW

Seat Vantage Group is looking for an experienced Ticket Brokerage Operations Specialist with at least 3 years of experience working for a ticket brokerage or ticket resale company.

This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who understands the ticket brokerage industry and can assist with ticket purchasing, inventory management, marketplace operations, and other day-to-day brokerage activities.


Requirements:

* Minimum 3 years of ticket brokerage experience
* Experience with Jancy, Primo, AYCD, or similar ticket purchasing/automation tools
* Strong understanding of Ticketmaster, AXS, Live Nation, SeatGeek, and other ticketing platforms
* Experience with proxies, browser management, queue systems, account management, and anti-bot measures
* Familiarity with Skybox and ticket inventory management systems
* Understanding of marketplaces such as StubHub, Vivid Seats, SeatGeek, GameTime, GoTickets, and TicketNetwork
* Ability to work under pressure during high-demand on-sales
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and make quick decisions

Responsibilities:

* Assist with ticket purchasing during on-sales
* Monitor queues and manage purchasing tools
* Manage proxies, browsers, and ticketing accounts
* Maintain and update ticket inventory
* Assist with marketplace listings and pricing updates
* Track purchases, sales, transfers, and deliveries
* Support daily brokerage operations and administrative tasks
* Help identify profitable opportunities and improve operational efficiency
