JOB OVERVIEW

I'm looking for a highly skilled proprietary trader to help scale multiple funded accounts across leading prop firms.

This is NOT a typical trading job.

We are looking for a disciplined trader with a proven edge who understands risk management, consistency, and long-term capital preservation.

We are willing to provide funded accounts and capital opportunities to the right trader.

Compensation is based primarily on performance.

Profit split options:
Up to 80/20 in favor of the trader
Potential 50/50 split depending on performance and account size

Long-term scaling opportunities available
If you are looking for a guaranteed salary, this position is probably not for you.
If you have a proven edge and want access to larger capital pools, keep reading.

Consistent profitability

Deep understanding of market structure
Emotional discipline
Ability to scale funded accounts
Experience passing and maintaining prop firm accounts

We are NOT looking for:
Signal followers

Martingale traders
Grid traders
Revenge traders
Gambling behavior

Experience trading any of the following:
Forex
Futures
Indices
Gold (XAUUSD)
Nasdaq (NQ)
ES Futures

Performance Requirements

We are looking for traders capable of:
Maintaining funded accounts
Producing consistent monthly returns
Avoiding major drawdowns
Following risk rules without exception
Consistency is valued more than aggressive returns.
A trader generating 3-8% monthly with disciplined risk management is preferred over someone attempting 20-30% returns with excessive risk.
