JOB OVERVIEW

We are MOVE, a performance marketing agency for DTC and Shopify brands. We design and run the social content that grows them. We are looking for a graphic designer to produce on-brand social content inside Figma, fast and at a high standard.

This is a long-term role with a growing company. You will have a real support team around you (ops, account managers, strategists, filmmakers, photographers) so you can focus on what you do best: design. We protect focused work time. You design. The team handles clients, scheduling, and coordination.

What you'll do:

Design daily social content (feed posts, carousels, stories) for multiple brands
Work inside Figma to brand guidelines, keeping files clean and organized
Turn briefs into on-brand, scroll-stopping content
Hit correct formats every time (feed 4:5 / 1080x1350, stories 9:16 / 1080x1920)
Collaborate with creative leads and account managers on direction and feedback

What we're looking for:

Strong portfolio of social media / brand design work
Fluent in Figma: organized files, named frames, structured pages (required)
Understands social, not just graphic design. You know how a brand sells and talks to its customers
Fast and reliable, with clean execution
Takes a brief and fills gaps with good judgment
Communicates clearly and proactively in English, especially when stuck
Reliable internet, able to overlap with US Mountain Time for daily check-ins

Nice to have:

Experience with ecommerce, DTC, or food/beverage brands
Basic motion or video editing
Familiarity with content calendars
