About Us:
At Sara Construction USA LLC, we specialize in premium roofing systems and high-end kitchen and bathroom remodeling. We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and experienced Construction Virtual Assistant / Project Manager to help streamline our operations, manage client inquiries, and coordinate our construction pipelines behind the scenes.

If you have a background in the US construction industry, understand roofing, kitchens, and baths, and know how to keep projects moving on schedule, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Intake & Quotes: Answer inbound inquiries, follow up with potential clients, and collect project details for roofing, kitchen, and bathroom designs.

Pipeline & CRM Management: Move leads and projects cleanly through our CRM stages, ensuring no client or follow-up slips through the cracks.

Subcontractor & Supplier Coordination: Help communicate with field crews, schedule material deliveries, and keep project timelines tightly organized.

Basic Estimating Assistance: Review project details, measurements, or materials lists to assist the owner in creating accurate job estimates and invoices.

Customer Service: Be the reliable and friendly point of contact for clients from the initial quote until the final walk-through.

Requirements (Must-Haves):
US Construction Experience: Prior experience working for a US-based roofing, general contracting, or remodeling business is mandatory.

Niche Knowledge: You must be familiar with construction terminology (roofing materials, kitchen layout designs, tile/bathroom remodeling terms).

Flawless English Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication. You must feel 100% confident speaking with US homeowners and suppliers.

Tech-Savvy: Experience with CRMs (GoHighLevel is a huge plus) and project management tools.

Reliability: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work autonomously with zero hand-holding.

Availability: Must be able to work full-time during US Eastern Time (EST) business hours.
