About Us
We operate approximately 12 campgrounds, RV parks, and family entertainment centers across Indiana, Florida, and Branson, Missouri. Our properties share a consistent brand identity built around wholesome, family-friendly outdoor experiences. We are growing quickly and need a social media professional who can build and manage a high-performing presence across all locations — someone who thinks strategically, creates compelling content, and uses modern AI tools to work efficiently at scale.
The Role
This is not a “post and pray” job. We need a strategic, creative, and self-directed content manager who owns our social presence end-to-end: build the strategy, create the content, schedule it, analyze results, and continuously improve. You will manage
What You’ll Do
Strategy & Planning
• Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar across
• Build platform-specific strategies that drive engagement, followers, and campground bookings.
• Research seasonal trends, competitor accounts, and family/outdoor travel content to continuously sharpen the strategy.
• Select, set up, and manage a social media scheduling and analytics platform for the full portfolio (you will recommend the tool).
• Provide monthly performance reports with key metrics and strategic recommendations.
Content Creation
• Write engaging, platform-native captions with strong hooks and calls to action.
• Create short-form video content (Reels and TikToks) — scripting, editing, and publishing — using footage from our location teams and AI-assisted or stock assets where appropriate.
• Design graphics, promotional posts, and story assets (Canva proficiency required at minimum).
• Use AI tools, including Claude, to ideate, draft, and scale content production efficiently — and be able to show how you do this.
• Maintain a warm, family-friendly, adventurous brand voice consistently across all content.
Scheduling & Community
• Schedule and publish all content on time using your chosen scheduling platform.
• Monitor comments and DMs across all accounts; respond to common inquiries or escalate as needed.
• Flag trending audio, formats, or seasonal opportunities for quick-turn content.
Requirements
Must-Have
• Proven experience managing social media for a business or brand — portfolio links required.
• Demonstrated experience creating Reels and TikToks, including editing.
• Strong English writing: clear, compelling, grammatically clean.
• Fluency with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) as part of your daily content workflow.
• Experience with a social media scheduling platform across multiple accounts.
• Self-directed and reliable: you meet deadlines, communicate proactively, and do not need to be micromanaged.
Strongly Preferred
• Experience managing accounts for multiple brand locations simultaneously.
• Background in travel, outdoor recreation, hospitality, or family-focused content.
• Graphic design skills beyond basic Canva use.
• Familiarity with TikTok-specific trends and content formats.
• Experience interpreting social media analytics to guide strategy.
