JOB OVERVIEW

Duration: July – December 2026
Location: Remote

We are seeking an experienced and creative Graphic Design Virtual Assistant to join our team from July to December 2026.

This temporary role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple projects efficiently, and has a strong eye for design and visual communication.

Key Responsibilities
Create engaging graphics for social media, websites, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
Design promotional banners, flyers, brochures, presentations, and other visual assets.
Edit and resize graphics for multiple platforms and formats.
Maintain brand consistency across all design projects.
Collaborate with tea ---------- mbers to deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
Assist with content creation and basic video editing where required.
Manage multiple design requests and priorities effectively.

Requirements
Minimum 3 years of graphic design experience.
Proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design work.
Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Desirable
Experience creating content for social media platforms.
Basic video editing skills.
Knowledge of digital marketing and online branding.
Previous experience working remotely or as a Virtual Assistant.
