GoHighLevel Website & Funnel Builder — Stephanie Center Wellness

Job Type: Contract / Project-Based (with potential for ongoing work)

Niche: Functional Medicine | Hair Health | Holistic Wellness

About Us
Stephanie Center Wellness is a functional wellness brand focused on root-cause hair loss solutions and whole-body health. Our founder, Stephanie Center, is a wellness practitioner helping clients restore their hair and health through science-backed, holistic protocols. We are growing fast and need a skilled GHL builder who genuinely cares about health and wellness, not just someone who can drag and drop.

What We're Building:
We need a complete GoHighLevel build from the ground up. This is a substantial project. If you are not experienced with all major GHL features, please do not apply.

The full scope includes:

Pages & Site
Home / About Me page (brand story, credentials, mission)
Services pages (individual service offerings)
Testimonials / Social proof page
Privacy Policy and Terms of Service pages
*So far I have 9 pages that need to be built*

Lead Generation
Lead magnet landing pages (multiple, for different opt-in offers)
Thank-you pages (post opt-in)
Contact and intake forms

Funnels & Sales
Sales funnels for services and offers
Post-purchase thank-you and onboarding pages
Upsell/downsell pages as needed

Courses & Membership
Course build-out inside GHL (modules, lessons, progress tracking) - I already built this out in Practice Better- I just need to transfer it to GHL
Community/Groups setup

Automations & CRM
GHL integration with AWeber (we use AWeber for all email- opt-ins and forms must connect to it correctly)
GHL integration with Practice Better (our booking and client management platform)
SMS workflows where appropriate (maybe we will tackle this later)
CRM pipeline setup and tagging/segmentation strategy

Technical
Mobile optimization on all pages
Basic on-page SEO (meta titles, descriptions, image alt text)
Integration with existing tools (Zoom, Stripe, email, social platforms)
Domain connection and subfolder/subdomain setup if needed

Compensation
This is a fixed per-deliverable project, not hourly.
Pay ranges depending on the page or deliverable.
The estimated total for the full project is $500- $900

We will begin with a paid trial (one page build) before committing to the full project. This lets us confirm quality and fit before moving forward.

Candidates who do excellent work will have the opportunity for ongoing paid work in site management and updates.

You Are the Right Fit If…
You have 3+ years of GHL experience and can show a portfolio of completed builds
You have built courses, funnels, and automations — not just landing pages
You have a genuine interest in health, hair, functional medicine, or holistic wellness — this matters to us. We want someone who understands our audience, not just our tech stack.
You are detail-oriented and design-conscious — our brand is clean, warm, and professional
You communicate proactively and meet deadlines without hand-holding
You are comfortable working independently and asking smart questions upfront rather than guessing

Required Skills
GoHighLevel (GHL) — expert level
Funnel and landing page design

Email automation and workflow logic
GHL Course/Membership builder
GHL Communities/Groups
Stripe integration
Basic SEO best practices
Canva or similar for graphics (if needed)
Strong written English for clear communication

Nice to Have:
Experience working with health & wellness brands
Copywriting or an eye for strong sales copy
Experience with GHL white-label or SaaS mode
Familiarity with functional medicine or hair loss content
