Dolce Calma is a rapidly expanding U.S.-based brand in the premium confectionery industry, known for our Dubai Chocolates, Pistachio Creams, and Kataifi products. We are looking for a highly skilled Amazon operations professional who can navigate Seller Central, resolve inventory and account issues, and recover funds that Amazon may owe our business.
This position is best suited for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, understands Amazon's internal processes, and has a track record of successfully handling reimbursements, inventory investigations, account health issues, and Seller Support escalations.
What You'll Be Doing
Investigate and resolve FBA inventory discrepancies
Submit and manage reimbursement claims for lost or damaged inventory
Handle shipment shortages, receiving discrepancies, and reconciliation cases
Troubleshoot AWD inventory transfer and replenishment issues
Process customer return reimbursement requests and SAFE-T claims
Resolve stranded inventory and fulfillment center inventory problems
Manage listing suppression, ASIN deactivations, and policy-related cases
Work on Brand Registry issues, hijacker removal, and listing corrections
Audit FBA fees, storage charges, and reimbursement opportunities
Escalate unresolved cases and communicate with Amazon support teams
Conduct account audits to identify historical reimbursement opportunities
Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts
Strong knowledge of FBA operations, AWD, reimbursements, and inventory management
Experience handling complex Amazon support cases and escalations
Familiarity with Brand Registry and account health management
Excellent written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Compensation & Schedule
Full-Time Position (40+ hours per week)
Starting Pay: $4/hour USD
Bi-weekly payments through Wise
Shift begins at 2:00 PM Arizona Time (MST)
Time Doctor monitoring required during work hours
Active communication on Slack required throughout the shift
