Job Description:
We are looking for a highly organized, energetic, and reliable Virtual Assistant to manage the daily operations, customer service, and scheduling for our Cleaning Services division.
Since we use GoHighLevel to run our entire business infrastructure, extensive experience with this platform is mandatory.
Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls and messages from clients looking for cleaning quotes.
Manage the booking calendar and schedule cleaning appointments inside GoHighLevel.
Coordinate schedules and dispatch the cleaning staff to their respective locations.
Follow up with clients via SMS/Email automations after the service to ensure satisfaction and collect reviews.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a VA for a US Home Service / Cleaning company.
Advanced experience using GoHighLevel (managing calendars, pipelines, and conversations).
Excellent English communication skills (Fluent Spanish is a major plus to communicate with staff).
High attention to detail and ability to work under US Eastern Time.
