We're looking for a skilled video editor to join our team and handle editing for trading content creators we work with.

How this works:
You'll be paid per video for every edit you complete — both short form content (TikTok/Reels/Shorts) and long form YouTube videos. This is a pay-per-project role to start. For the right person who's reliable and produces great work consistently, this will transition into a long term position with monthly pay.

What you'll be editing:
- Short form vertical content: split screen face-cam and trading chart footage, hook text overlays, captions, fast-paced cuts
- Long form YouTube videos: trading strategy breakdowns, educational content, clean professional pacing with graphics/callouts where needed

What we're looking for:
- A genuinely skilled editor — not someone learning, someone who already has a strong portfolio
- Experience editing finance, trading, or business content is a major plus
- Fast turnaround (24-48 hours per video depending on length)
- Comfortable with vertical (9:16) and horizontal (16:9) formats
- Strong sense of pacing, hooks, captions, and visual storytelling for retention
- Reliable communication — we need someone we can count on consistently

What we provide:
- Raw footage and a clear style guide/reference videos for each project
- Consistent, ongoing work if you're good — this isn't a one-off gig, we have multiple creators we work with
- Clear, fast feedback on every edit

This starts as a per-video paid role and will become a long term monthly position for the right editor. We move fast and we're building a serious team — looking for someone who wants to grow with us long term, not just pick up a quick gig.
