Dolce Calma is a fast-growing USA-based premium sweets brand specializing in Dubai Chocolates, Pistachio Creams, and Kataifi products. We are seeking an experienced Amazon Case Specialist / Reimbursement Manager to manage complex Amazon Seller Central issues, recover lost funds, audit inventory discrepancies, and protect account health.
This role is ideal for someone with extensive hands-on experience dealing with Amazon Seller Support, FBA reimbursements, AWD inventory issues, Brand Registry cases, listing suppressions, and difficult escalations that require persistence and strategic thinking.
Responsibilities
• Handle FBA shipment shortage and reconciliation cases
• Recover reimbursements for lost, damaged, and misplaced inventory
• Investigate AWD inventory discrepancies and transfer issues
• Manage customer return reimbursement claims and SAFE-T claims
• Resolve stranded inventory and fulfillment center inventory issues
• Handle ASIN suspensions, listing suppressions, and policy violations
• Remove listing hijackers and correct unauthorized detail page changes
• Manage Brand Registry and intellectual property protection cases
• Audit fulfillment fees, storage fees, and reimbursement opportunities
• Escalate complex cases and maintain detailed case tracking reports
• Perform periodic account audits to identify historical reimbursement opportunities
Requirements
• Minimum 2+ years of Amazon Seller Central experience
• Proven experience handling Amazon reimbursements and inventory claims
• Strong knowledge of FBA, AWD, Brand Registry, and Seller Support processes
• Excellent written English and communication skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently and solve complex issues
• Experience with Amazon case escalations and executive-level support is a plus
Position Details
• Full-Time (40+ hours per week)
• Starting Rate: $4/hour USD
• Bi-weekly payments via Wise
• Shift starts at 2:00 PM Arizona Time (MST)
• Time Doctor required during working hours
• Must remain active on Slack and respond promptly during shifts
