About the Role:
We're a health and wellness marketing company with several product lines — including men's health/energy & stamina supplements, lymphatic drainage/detox products and . We're looking for someone with a sharp eye for viral short-form video (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) who can spot what's working, why it's working, and turn that insight into ideas our team can build creatives around.
This starts as a research and script-writing role, but for the right person it grows into a full Creative Strategist position with real ownership over content direction across our product lines.
What You'll Do:
Spend time daily inside mainly Instagram Reels (less on TikTok and Shorts) hunting for videos that are genuinely going viral — in health/wellness, and in adjacent niches where the same pain points or hook structures show up (fitness, masculinity, biohacking, etc.)
Break down why a video works: the hook, the pain point or desire it's tapping into, the pacing, the format
Flag which elements of a viral video could realistically be recreated using AI tools (AI avatars, voice cloning, AI b-roll, etc.) as we mainly use AI influencers.
Turn the strongest finds into rough drafts with a logical flow (hook + angle + structure) adapted to our specific products
Hand those drafts to our creative team, who will develop them into full ad and organic scripts
Stay on top of platform trends and shifts in what's currently performing
Daily responsibilities:
Find inspiration for 4 current brands, around 8 videos/brand/day.
Transcribing the videos and making sure the words are accurate.
For shorter videos, rewriting the script with AI for different personalities.
What We're Looking For
A track record of spotting viral content before it's obvious — you can show us examples of videos you called early or content you helped create that performed well
Strong script or copywriting ability, ideally for short-form video or direct-response ads
A real, practical understanding of AI content tools (AI avatars, voice clones, AI-generated footage) — not just that they exist, but where they fall short and where they shine
Comfort working in the health/wellness/supplement space
Self-directed — you don't need someone telling you which hashtag to check today
Fluent English for writing scripts that land naturally with a US audience
Nice to Have
Experience with DTC/e-commerce brands or performance marketing
Awareness of ad compliance basics for health and supplement claims (we can't make medical claims, and knowing that going in is a big plus)
Past experience trending into a creative strategist, content lead, or UGC manager role
