JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented assistant to help us create AI-generated video ads for social media platforms like TikTok, Meta, YouTube Shorts, and Reels.

This role is for someone who can help with the full AI video ad creation process, from researching ad ideas and hooks, to creating avatars, writing prompts, generating video clips, organizing files, and preparing final video ad variations for testing.

Our ads are often created for non-English markets, but strong English is the key skill for this role. Most of the creative work, instructions, prompts, research, and communication will be done in English. Scripts can be translated and refined using AI tools, and final script approval will be done by us.

You must be very comfortable working with AI tools and have a strong sense for what makes a good direct-response video ad.

## Main Responsibilities

You will help with tasks such as:

* Researching ad ideas, hooks, formats, and competitor examples
* Coming up with new video ad concepts and angles
* Creating AI avatars / personas for ads
* Creating realistic AI image prompts for characters, settings, and scenes
* Creating AI video prompts for tools like Veo 3.1, HeyGen, Synthesia, ElevenLabs, CapCut, or similar tools
* Turning scripts into short video scenes or clips
* Creating multiple variations of winning ads, for example new hooks, new avatars, new settings, or new scenarios
* Translating and refining scripts with AI tools when needed
* Organizing all creatives, scripts, prompts, avatars, and versions clearly
* Preparing videos for social media ad testing
* Helping build a repeatable AI video ad production workflow

## What We Are Looking For

You should be:

* Strong in written English
* Very comfortable using AI tools, including tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar
* Creative and able to come up with many ad ideas quickly
* Detail-oriented and organized
* Good at following instructions and improving based on feedback
* Able to understand why some ads perform better than others
* Interested in direct-response marketing, paid ads, UGC ads, and short-form video ads
* Able to work independently after training
* Willing to test, iterate, and improve creative concepts

## Nice to Have

Experience with any of the following is a big plus:

* AI video tools like kie.ai, Veo 3.1, Kling, Runway, Pika, HeyGen, Synthesia, etc.
* AI image tools like Midjourney, ChatGPT image generation, Leonardo, Ideogram, etc.
* AI writing tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar
* CapCut or other video editing tools
* TikTok / Facebook / Instagram ad creatives
* UGC-style video ads
* Direct-response copywriting
* Experience adapting ads for non-English markets

## Important

This is not just a simple video editing job. We are looking for someone who can become part of our creative production process and eventually take over large parts of the AI ad creation workflow.

You do not need to be an expert on day one, but you must be smart, curious, creative, and willing to learn fast.
