JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly structured, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support the growth of a portfolio of web digital assets. Your primary responsibility will be executing clear, step-by-step Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for content publication, formatting, and minor image asset preparation.

Key Responsibilities

?- SOP Execution: Strictly follow provided step-by-step documentation to format and upload content to WordPress websites.

?- WordPress Management: Create new posts or pages, set up categories, insert tags, apply basic styling (headings, tables, lists), and manage basic internal linking according to guidelines.
?
- Content and Media Placement: Insert text copy and source, resize, or generate basic image assets (using tools like Canva or AI image generators) following exact templates.
?
- Quality Assurance: Double-check links, formatting, and layout consistency before submitting work for final review.
?
Time Tracking and Operations

- WordPress Experience: Comfort working inside the Gutenberg block editor or standard WordPress backend.

- Basic Design or Media Literacy: Experience resizing images, using Canva, or managing basic visual assets.

?Reliable and Autonomous: High-speed internet connection, a reliable workstation, and a disciplined approach to independent work.
