Part-Time Website Developer / Website Manager Needed for Two Custom Business Websites


We are looking for an experienced Website Developer / Website Manager to help build, improve, and maintain two business websites: Saint Elm and HelloSaskas.

This is a part-time remote position for someone who has experience building professional websites beyond basic Wix templates. We currently use Wix, but Wix is no longer at the level we need. We want to build new, more custom websites with a polished, luxury, high-end feel.
We are likely interested in WordPress, but we are open to other strong website platforms if you can clearly explain why they would be better for our needs.
This position is separate from our social media role. The main focus of this role is website development, website maintenance, SEO, portfolio updates, direct booking functionality, and helping our businesses get found online.

Saint Elm

Saint Elm is a custom cabinetry and millwork company. We need a website that feels high-end, professional, and visually impressive. The website should function as both a luxury portfolio and a lead-generation funnel for people who want to start a custom cabinetry, millwork, or design/build project.
The Saint Elm website should showcase our craftsmanship, finished projects, process, services, portfolio, and the quality of our work. It should encourage potential clients, designers, contractors, homeowners, and commercial clients to contact us, request a consultation, or start a project.

HelloSaskas

HelloSaskas is a vacation rental and short-term rental management company. We need a website that supports both sides of our business:

Guest bookings — We want potential guests to be able to book directly through our website instead of only booking through Airbnb or other third-party platforms.

Owner leads — We also want the website to attract property owners who may be interested in hiring us to manage their vacation rental.

The HelloSaskas website should feel professional, trustworthy, warm, and easy to use. It should showcase our rental properties, allow direct booking or booking inquiry functionality, explain our services, and help us generate new client leads.

Providing ongoing website maintenance and improvements
Helping us continuously improve the websites as our businesses grow

For Saint Elm, we need a website that feels like a high-end portfolio and helps convert visitors into project inquiries.
For HelloSaskas, we need a website that supports direct guest bookings while also attracting vacation rental owners who may want management services.
You should be able to explain what platform you recommend, why you recommend it, and how you would build each website properly.
