We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy LMS & eLearning Coordinator to support our internal and external client training programs using TalentLMS. This role will be responsible for monitoring learner progress, managing course assignments, generating reports, and assisting in the creation and deployment of engaging online training content. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with TalentLMS and a working knowledge of instructional design principles.
Key Responsibilities:
LMS Management (TalentLMS):
Administer TalentLMS: manage user accounts, course enrollments, learning paths, and groups.
Monitor learner progress and completion data; follow up with clients or learners as needed.
Generate and distribute regular training reports and dashboards for internal and client stakeholders.
Troubleshoot LMS issues and provide first-line support to learners.
Maintain course catalogs, learning paths, and certification expirations.
eLearning Content Development:
Assist in developing and updating online training materials (e.g., SCORM modules, videos, quizzes).
Use tools like Articulate 360, Rise, Canva, or similar to create and revise interactive content.
Collaborate with SMEs and trainers to convert instructor-led sessions into online learning.
Ensure content aligns with client needs, branding, and best practices in instructional design.
Client Training Support:
Support onboarding of new clients into the LMS.
Provide basic training or walkthroughs for clients using the platform.
Help customize training programs based on client industry or use case.
Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience managing an LMS (TalentLMS strongly preferred).
Experience with monitoring learner activity, reporting, and user management.
Familiarity with basic eLearning authoring tools (Articulate Rise, Storyline, or similar).
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple training programs.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable working independently and with external stakeholders/clients.
Preferred:
Understanding of instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, etc.).
Experience working with external clients or customer-facing training.
Basic graphic design or video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Camtasia).
Experience with SCORM, xAPI, or other eLearning standards.
Working Conditions:
Remote
Occasional meetings with clients or internal teams during USA Pacific Time zone.
May require periodic content testing or weekend access checks for deadlines.
