About the Opportunity

We are expanding our network of talented freelance Graphic Designers to support our growing creative needs. This is a flexible, project-based opportunity ideal for designers who enjoy working on a variety of apparel and merchandise projects while maintaining schedule flexibility.

As part of our freelance design pool, you will be contacted when projects become available based on business needs, seasonal demand, and workload requirements. While there is no guaranteed minimum number of hours or assignments, designers who consistently produce high-quality work and communicate effectively may receive ongoing opportunities.

What You'll Do

- Create original, high-quality apparel graphics for fraternities, sororities, student organizations, and other custo ---------- rchandise clients, including shirts, hoodies, hats, pants, and more.
- Transform client ideas and briefs into compelling visual concepts that align with brand standards and project goals.
- Develop design mockups, proofs, and production-ready artwork that meets print and manufacturing specifications.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
- Stay informed on emerging trends in fashion, collegiate culture, Greek life, and apparel design to create fresh and relevant concepts.
- Maintain and organize digital design assets, templates, logos, and previous project files for efficient access and future use.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure designs meet creative and production expectations.
- Communicate availability proactively and respond promptly when new project assignments are offered.
- Support additional design-related projects and creative initiatives as needed.

What We're Looking For

- Prior experience working with fraternities, sororities, or other Greek-life organizations is highly preferred and will be considered a significant asset.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within apparel, fashion, merchandise, or branding industries.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Excellent vector illustration and apparel design skills with a strong eye for composition and detail.
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and garment decoration techniques.
- Ability to create trend-driven, market-relevant designs that resonate with target audiences.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to incorporate feedback effectively.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage deadlines in a project-based environment.
- Adaptability and willingness to work across various design styles and client requirements.
- Experience preparing print-ready artwork and production specifications is highly desirable.
- Previous experience in apparel design, custo ---------- rchandise, or brand identity development is a significant advantage.
