About the Role

We are seeking a reliable, communicative, and detail-oriented Full-Stack Web Developer to join our growing team. This role supports ongoing website builds, maintenance, optimizations, and custom development across WordPress and Shopify platforms.
Strong communication, accountability, and consistency are just as important to us as technical skill.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop, maintain, and optimize websites using WordPress (Avada theme experience strongly preferred)
* Build and customize Shopify websites, themes, and integrations
* Handle both front-end and back-end development tasks
* Collaborate closely with SEO, design, and project management teams
* Troubleshoot bugs, performance issues, and technical errors
* Ensure responsive, user-friendly, and SEO-conscious development
* Clearly communicate progress, timelines, and blockers
* Follow internal processes, documentation, and deadlines

Required Qualifications

* 3+ years of professional web development experience
* Strong experience with WordPress (theme customization, plugins, PHP)
* Experience with Shopify (themes, Liquid, apps, customizations)
* Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
* Experience with responsive and cross-browser development
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* High reliability, accountability, and time management
* Ability to work full-time during Eastern Time Zone business hours

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with Avada theme and Avada Builder
* Familiarity with SEO best practices and page speed optimization
* Experience working with digital marketing or SEO agencies
* Git / version control experience
