About the Role
We are an established men’s health and wellness e-commerce brand seeking an elite, versatile professional for the long haul. Most of our team has been with us for 5+ years. This isn't your standard call-center job; we need a proactive problem-solver who can effortlessly pivot from handling customer escalations to conducting ad hoc research or outbound calling. If you have zero ego and take absolute ownership of any task, this is your next long-term home.

- E-Commerce Adept: You have flawless English and can easily navigate tools like Shopify, Gorgias, or ShipBob.

Your Responsibilities

1. Omnichannel Support: Promptly and accurately manage inbound/outbound calls and email tickets.

2. Mini-Projects: Execute ad-hoc tasks as requested, including outbound cold-calling campaigns and market research.

3. Consultative Sales: Seize natural opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our supplements during interactions.

4. Root-Cause Resolution: Fix complex logistical or product issues before escalating.

5. Data Management: Keep detailed, organized records of all interactions and research.

Compensation, Schedule & Details

Salary: $1,000/month (6-month probationary period).
Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday, 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM UK Time.
Breaks: Two 15-minute breaks and one 30-minute break per shift.
Bonus: Guaranteed Philippine 13th-Month Pay.
Status: Permanent, Full-Time, Long-Term.

Mutual Commitment: Because we invest heavily in training, we fiercely protect operational stability. We implement a standard 1-week salary retention hold. Resignations require a standard 30-day notice to ensure smooth handovers.

Tech Requirements

Hard-wired (Ethernet) primary internet connection.
Independent backup internet source (e.g., pocket Wi-Fi).
Reliable backup computer and power setup to guarantee zero downtime.
