JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented VA to help manage our short-form content posting system across TikTok and Instagram.

Our app is Bluff AI (website: bluffai.app) and we run a high volume short form content operation, posting multiple posts on multiple accounts per day.

Most of the content is already made. Your job is to upload, schedule, post, check, and track content so everything goes out correctly and on time.

We are starting part-time, but this can grow into a long-term or full-time role for the right person.

Main tasks

* Upload and schedule TikTok and Instagram posts
* Use provided captions, hashtags, and sounds
* Choose suitable sounds when needed
* Check that posts went live correctly
* Mark posts as posted in our tracker
* Organize content in Google Drive and spreadsheets
* Report failed posts, login issues, account problems, or mistakes
* Follow SOPs and checklists carefully
* Help keep accounts active and healthy
* Potentially manage other VAs and delegate tasks as we grow

Tools include TikTok, Instagram, ---------- , Google Drive, spreadsheets, and our internal content system.

Social media experience is a plus, but accuracy, consistency, and communication matter more.

We value clear, direct communication, and we try to work the same way ourselves.

Schedule and pay

Starting around 15 hours per week.

Some weekend posting/checking may be needed, since posts also go out on weekends.

This starts with a 2-week paid trial. If it goes well, this can become a long-term role with more hours and more responsibility.

There is also potential for bonuses. We want to reward consistent, high-quality work and treat good tea ---------- mbers well.
