SEO Specialist – Medical & Professional Services Digital Marketing

We are a growing digital marketing agency that specializes in helping highly educated professionals grow their businesses through strategic digital marketing. Our clients include healthcare providers, attorneys, accountants, and other professional service organizations throughout the United States.
We are seeking an experienced SEO Specialist with a proven track record of improving search rankings, increasing organic traffic, and generating measurable business results for clients. This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who has successfully managed multiple SEO campaigns, understands both technical and local SEO, and can demonstrate real-world success.
This role will be responsible for managing and optimizing approximately 20–30 client accounts. Some clients will be on more advanced service levels than others, requiring varying levels of strategy, execution, and communication.
Important: This position is based in the Philippines and requires some overlap with U.S. Mountain Time (MST) business hours to collaborate with our team.
Compensation
$1,400 – $2,000 USD per month (based on experience)

Responsibilities
1. Local SEO & Google Business Profile Optimization
Optimize and manage Google Business Profiles
Improve local rankings in Google Maps and local search results
Create and optimize GBP posts, services, products, FAQs, and categories
Monitor and improve local citations and business listings
Implement local SEO strategies that generate measurable increases in calls, leads, and appointments
2. On-Page SEO
Optimize title tags, meta descriptions, headings, and internal linking
Conduct keyword research and identify ranking opportunities
Optimize existing website content for improved rankings and conversions
Create content briefs and SEO recommendations for writers
Implement schema markup and structured data where appropriate
3. Technical SEO
Conduct technical website audits
Identify and resolve crawl errors, indexing issues, broken links, redirect problems, and site performance concerns
Improve Core Web Vitals and page speed metrics
Manage XML sitemaps, robots.txt files, and indexing requests
Work with developers to implement technical SEO recommendations
4. Content Strategy
Develop SEO-driven content plans
Identify opportunities for new service pages, blog content, and location pages
Analyze competitors and uncover content gaps
Monitor keyword performance and adjust content strategies accordingly
5. Reporting & Analysis
Track rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and lead generation metrics
Analyze performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO software
Identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Provide clear recommendations and action plans for client accounts
6. Client Account Management
Manage 20–30 client SEO campaigns simultaneously
Prioritize tasks based on client goals and service levels
Maintain detailed records of completed work and future recommendations
Collaborate with content, design, PPC, and account management teams
Required Qualifications
Minimum 4 years of hands-on SEO experience
Proven track record of achieving first-page rankings and increasing organic traffic
Strong experience with Local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization
Strong understanding of technical SEO principles
Experience using Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, and SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, BrightLocal, or similar platforms
Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
Exceptional attention to detail
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Self-motivated and highly organized
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with U.S.-based businesses
Experience in healthcare, legal, accounting, or professional service industries
Experience with WordPress websites
Understanding of conversion optimization and lead generation strategies
