About Us
We are a woman-owned creative studio based in Los Angeles, California working with VTubers, streamers, content creators, and digital brands.
Our focus is building internet-native media including VTuber content, animated videos, creator branding, motion graphics, promotional content, virtual production, and interactive digital experiences.
We are a small but growing studio that values creativity, collaboration, initiative, and artistic storytelling. We are looking for a talented 3D Animator & Cinematic Artist who can help bring environments, stories, virtual productions, and creative concepts to life through animation, cinematography, lighting, and visual storytelling.
This role will start as contract work with the goal of transitioning into a long-term full-time position as the studio grows.
This is a fully remote position with opportunities to collaborate internationally with creators, agencies, game developers, and animation studios.
What You Will Be Creating
Projects may include:
• Animated cinematics and promotional videos
• VTuber intros, trailers, and creator content
• Stylized 3D environments and virtual worlds
• Motion graphics and visual storytelling sequences
• Virtual production and mocap-based content
• Cinematic social media content and advertisements
• Unity-ready scenes and interactive experiences
• Environmental storytelling and world-building assets
• Lighting, mood, atmosphere, and visual presentation for creator projects
• Marketing videos, teasers, and launch campaigns
Required Responsibilities
• Create high-quality 3D animations, cinematics, and story-driven visual content
• Design and build stylized environments, props, and scene layouts
• Develop lighting, atmosphere, mood, and cinematic presentation for projects
• Create camera movements, shot compositions, and visual storytelling sequences
• Translate storyboards, scripts, references, and creative briefs into engaging animated content
• Assist with pre-production planning, shot development, and production workflows
• Produce cinematic renders and promotional visuals for creators and studio projects
• Prepare scenes, assets, lighting setups, and animations for Unity workflows when required
• Collaborate closely with video editors, graphic designers, audio engineers, developers, and content creators
• Participate in creative reviews and contribute ideas during concept development and production meetings
• Maintain organized project files and efficient production workflows
• Follow creative direction while helping elevate the overall visual quality of projects
• Communicate progress effectively and work independently in a remote environment
• Create believable character performances, body language, and movement for cinematics, promotional videos, shorts, and creator content
• Animate characters performing realistic actions such as walking, running, dancing, interacting with props, and expressing emotion through movement
• Create engaging camera movements, shot transitions, and cinematic sequences that enhance storytelling and visual impact
• Understand pacing, timing, and scene composition to create professional-quality animated content
• Develop lighting, atmosphere, mood, and cinematic presentation for projects
• Translate storyboards, scripts, references, and creative briefs into engaging animated content
What We Are Looking For
• Experience with Blender, Autodesk Maya, or similar 3D software
• Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, weight, and movement
• Understanding of cinematography, camera language, shot composition, and visual storytelling
• Experience creating stylized environments, scene layouts, and environmental storytelling
• Understanding of lighting, atmosphere, mood, and color theory
• Ability to work from storyboards, scripts, concept art, references, and creative briefs
• Understanding of production pipelines and asset organization
• Ability to receive and apply creative feedback effectively
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Reliable communication and ability to work remotely
• Ability to manage deadlines and multiple creative projects simultaneously
• Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, weight, balance, and character movement
• Ability to create natural, believable human motion and performances
• Understanding of dance animation, body mechanics, locomotion, and physical movement
• Understanding of cinematography, camera language, shot composition, lens selection, and visual storytelling
• Ability to create dynamic camera movement while maintaining clarity and visual appeal
• Understanding of scene pacing, shot sequencing, and cinematic editing principles
• Experience creating content intended for videos, VODs, trailers, promotional content, and social media clips
• Strong eye for visual storytelling, motion, and presentation

• Rendered portfolio pieces or completed video projects
• Storyboard, previs, or production planning examples (if available)
• Proof that the applicant personally created the showcased work
Portfolios that only contain static models without animation, cinematic work, environment creation, or storytelling examples may not be considered.

Compensation
Compensation ranges from $0.40 to $5.00+ USD per hour, depending on experience, portfolio quality, technical skills, artistic ability, and overall fit for the role.
This position is expected to average approximately 20 hours per week (80 hours per month) during the initial contract period. Based on this schedule, compensation ranges from approximately $32 to $500 USD per month.
The role will begin with a three-month trial contract period. Additional hours and responsibilities may become available based on performance, project needs, and studio growth.
