We are Giovanni & Alba, an Italian fashion and lifestyle e-commerce brand selling footwear and apparel. We are looking for a Customer Support Agent to join our small but growing team.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer
Handle order inquiries, tracking updates, returns, refunds and complaints
Use our internal CS tools and Shopify to look up orders and provide accurate information
Follow our response templates and guidelines while keeping a warm, personal tone
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer support (minimum 1 year)
Experience in fashion, apparel or e-commerce CS is a strong plus
Fluent in Italian (written) — this is mandatory
Familiar with tools such as Shopify, Zendesk, Zoho Desk, Gorgias or similar
Reliable, proactive and able to work independently
Good written communication skills — professional but friendly tone

A customer messages saying their order is taking too long to arrive and they are frustrated. How would you handle this?

We are a remote-first team and this is a part-time position. We offer $3.50/hour to start, with potential to grow based on performance.
