About Blue Zone:
We’re Blue Zone, a rebellious pet nutrition brand from the Netherlands on a mission to give dogs their longest, healthiest lives. We do this with our air-dried, raw-quality dog food that’s as honest as it gets. No marketing fluff. No filler. Just real food, built on truth and transparency.

Now, we’re looking for a skilled and motivated video editor to help bring our message to life across digital channels. You’ll be crafting high-converting, emotionally compelling ad creatives that tell our story in a way people actually want to watch.

Your Mission (if you choose to accept it):
You’ll be turning raw content, user-generated videos, brand video’s, and brand messaging into attention demanding content. Think short-form edits, voiceover-led explainer reels, and a whole lot of creativity in between.

What We’re Looking For:
- Strong Editing Skills
You’re a master at Premiere Pro & After Effects and know how to turn raw footage into compelling short-form content. High-quality transitions, pacing, and storytelling are your jam.
- Quick to Learn, Quick to Adapt
We move fast, so you need to be comfortable with quick feedback loops, tools, and our systems.

- Reliable and Communicative
We don’t micromanage, but we do expect clear communication and fast delivery. If something’s unclear or blocking you, you speak up early.

- Eager to Improve
You’re open to feedback, love to grow, and aren’t precious about revisions. We’ll support your growth with editing guides and brand templates.

Must-Haves
- Fluent in English (written + spoken)
- 2+ year of video editing experience
- Tools you already use; After Effects & Premiere Pro
- Solid sense of visual design: spacing, color, contrast, hierarchy
- Comfortable using AI tools
- Minimum availability: 40 hours/week
