JOB OVERVIEW

I am looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Bookkeeper to support my company's daily bookkeeping, invoicing, vendor records, and financial documentation.

You will do estimates, invoices, and purchase orders, recording client payments in QuickBooks, entering bills, matching expenses accurately, and maintaining updated client and vendor records. You will also help update bookkeeping spreadsheets, organize financial documents, track W-9s, insurance certificates, and vendor agreements, and monitor the company’s electronic mailbox.

The ideal candidate has previous virtual bookkeeping experience, strong QuickBooks Online skills, and experience handling accounts payable and accounts receivable. You should be organized, accurate, comfortable communicating through email, and able to manage financial records with minimal supervision.

Experience supporting a U.S.-based business is preferred. Familiarity with Asana, Google Drive, DocuSign, or JotForm is also helpful.
