Location: Cebu, IT Park / Ayala – Hybrid

We are an established UK based company who specialise in providing marketing services to Car Dealerships in the UK with a team and office also in Cebu, Phillipines. We are looking for an experienced PPC Specialist to join our growing digital marketing team in Cebu.

This role is ideal for someone with proven experience in Google Ads, Google Shopping, Merchant Center, and Performance Max campaigns. You will be working alongside our PPC Manager to set up, manage, and optimise campaigns for our clients, helping drive high-quality leads while achieving key performance targets.

The role is a full time basis, with the opportunity to increase to full-time if both parties are happy and performance is strong.

About the Role

You will be responsible for supporting the setup, management, and optimisation of paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, with a particular focus on Shopping campaigns, Merchant Center, and Performance Max.

You will help ensure campaigns are performing well, budgets are being used effectively, and client KPIs are being met, including CPC, CPL, lead volume, and overall campaign performance.

You will be based at our Cebu office in IT Park / Ayala on a hybrid basis, working 2–3 days per week from the office and the rest from home.

Responsibilities

Set up, manage, and optimise Google Ads campaigns
Work on Google Shopping and Performance Max campaigns
Manage and troubleshoot Google Merchant Center accounts
Monitor campaign performance and make data-led optimisation decisions
Help improve CPC, CPL, conversion rates, and lead quality
Review search terms, audiences, product feeds, budgets, and bidding strategies
Work closely with our PPC Manager to deliver strong client results
Assist with reporting and performance updates
Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and efficiency

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns
Strong knowledge of Google Shopping campaigns
Experience with Google Merchant Center
Experience setting up and optimising Performance Max campaigns
Good understanding of CPC, CPL, conversions, and lead generation KPIs
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Good written and spoken English
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable, organised, and proactive

Nice to Have

Experience with GA4
Experience with Looker Studio / Data Studio
Experience working with lead generation clients
Experience working in an agency environment

Working Arrangement

Part-time to start - 3hrs per day - 5 days per week
Opportunity to grow into a full-time role
Hybrid setup
2–3 days per week in our Cebu office at IT Park / Ayala
Remaining days can be worked from home

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who is confident managing PPC campaigns, understands how to achieve client KPIs, and wants to grow with a digital marketing team.

You should be detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working closely with a PPC Manager. You must be able to follow strategy, spot opportunities for improvement, and take ownership of campaign performance.
